Since the Consultancy Portal functions only as a technology platform facilitating professional discovery and communication, it does not ordinarily investigate or adjudicate disputes relating to:
• consultancy fees;

• project execution;
• quality of consultancy services;
• commercial negotiations;
• contractual obligations;
• consultancy deliverables;

Such matters should be resolved directly between the Consultant and the Service Buyer or through appropriate legal or dispute resolution mechanisms.

5. Submission of Grievances
A grievance may be submitted by email or through any grievance submission facility made available on the Portal.
The complainant should provide sufficient information to enable proper review, including:
• full name;
• registered email address (if applicable);
• mobile number;
• Consultant or Service Buyer details (where relevant);
• description of the grievance;
• relevant dates;
• supporting documents or screenshots;
• any other information reasonably necessary for review.
Incomplete complaints may require additional clarification before processing.

6. Grievance Review Process
Upon receipt of a grievance, the Portal may:
• acknowledge receipt;
• review the complaint;
• seek additional information;
• communicate with the concerned user;
• examine available records;
• determine whether the matter falls within the Portal’s jurisdiction.
Where necessary, the Portal may request supporting documents from the parties involved.

• provide clarification or guidance;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• remove or modify content;
• temporarily restrict access;
• suspend listings;

The Portal will endeavor to process grievances within reasonable timelines.
Indicative timelines are:
• Acknowledgement of grievance: within 3 business days.
• Preliminary review: within 7 business days.
• Resolution or communication of status: ordinarily within 30 days, depending on the complexity of the matter.
These timelines are indicative and may vary where additional investigation or information is required.

9. Good Faith Complaints
Users are encouraged to submit grievances honestly and in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false, frivolous, malicious or misleading complaints may itself constitute a violation of Portal policies and may result in appropriate administrative action.

10. Privacy of Grievance Information
Information submitted as part of a grievance will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of reviewing and resolving the complaint, subject to applicable law.
The Portal may disclose relevant information where necessary to:
• investigate the grievance;
• comply with legal obligations;
• protect the rights of affected parties;
• cooperate with competent authorities.

11. Appeals
Where a user believes that an administrative action has been taken in error, the user may submit a written request for reconsideration with additional supporting information.
The Portal may review the request and communicate its decision after considering the available information.
The Portal’s decision following such review shall ordinarily be final for the purposes of Portal administration, without prejudice to any legal rights available under applicable law.

12. Limitation of the Portal’s Role
The Portal acts as an independent technology platform facilitating connections between Consultants and Service Buyers.
The Portal does not function as:
• an arbitrator;
• a court;
• a consumer dispute authority;
• a regulator;
• a professional disciplinary body.
Accordingly, the Portal’s grievance process is limited to matters concerning the operation, administration and policy compliance of the Portal.

13. Cooperation with Authorities
The Portal may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory authorities or other competent governmental bodies where required by applicable law or lawful directions.

14. Policy Amendments
This Grievance Redressal Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational practices or regulatory requirements.
The latest version published on the Portal shall supersede all previous versions.
