1. General Disclaimer
The MahaBachatGat Consultancy Portal (“Portal”) is a digital consultancy directory and professional networking platform operating under the MahaBachatGat Ecosystem.
The Portal facilitates communication between independent Consultants and prospective Service Buyers by providing an online platform where Consultants may publish their professional profiles, expertise, service offerings and indicative consultancy fees.
The Portal does not itself provide consultancy services unless expressly stated for services offered directly by the Portal.
Access to and use of the Portal is entirely voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.
2. Nature of the Portal
The Consultancy Portal functions solely as an online information, discovery and networking platform.
Its primary purpose is to:
• enable Consultants to present their professional profiles;
• enable Service Buyers to identify suitable Consultants;
• facilitate initial communication between Consultants and Service Buyers.
The Portal does not function as:
• a consultancy firm;
• a recruitment agency;
• an employment exchange;
• a placement agency;
• a brokerage service;
• an outsourcing agency;
• a project management company;
• a contracting authority.
The Portal merely provides digital infrastructure for professional networking.
3. Independent Consultants
Every Consultant registered on the Portal is an independent professional.
Consultants are solely responsible for:
• their qualifications;
• licences;
• certifications;
• experience;
• professional advice;
• consultancy services;
• fees;
• contractual obligations;
• statutory compliances.
Nothing contained on the Portal shall be interpreted as creating an employer–employee, principal–agent, partnership, franchise, joint venture or representative relationship between the Portal and any Consultant.
4. No Recommendation or Endorsement
Publication of a Consultant’s profile on the Portal shall not be construed as:
• approval;
• certification;
• accreditation;
• recommendation;
• endorsement;
• guarantee;
• verification of competence.
Service Buyers are solely responsible for independently evaluating and selecting Consultants based on their own requirements and due diligence.
5. Accuracy of Information
Consultant profiles, qualifications, certifications, experience, service descriptions, pricing and other information displayed on the Portal are provided directly by the respective Consultants.
While the Portal endeavours to maintain accurate information, it does not warrant or guarantee that all published information is complete, accurate, current or free from errors or omissions.
Users should independently verify all material information before engaging any Consultant.
6. Consultancy Agreements
All consultancy engagements are entered into directly between the Consultant and the Service Buyer.
The Portal is not a party to any:
• consultancy agreement;
• work order;
• engagement letter;
• memorandum of understanding;
• service agreement;
• confidentiality agreement;
• intellectual property agreement;
• non-disclosure agreement;
• commercial arrangement.
All contractual rights and obligations remain exclusively between the Consultant and the Service Buyer.

7. Consultancy Fees and Financial Transactions
Consultancy fees displayed on the Portal are published by individual Consultants for informational purposes.
The Consultancy Portal does not:
• collect consultancy fees;
• receive consultancy payments;
• process consultancy transactions;
• operate an escrow service;
• collect brokerage or commission;
• deduct TDS;
• collect GST relating to consultancy services;
• issue consultancy invoices;
• settle consultancy payments.
All consultancy fees shall be negotiated and paid directly between the Consultant and the Service Buyer.
The Portal shall not be responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, delayed payments, taxation matters or financial disagreements between the parties.
8. Professional Advice
Professional advice published or provided by Consultants represents the independent opinion of the respective Consultant.
The Portal neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy, completeness, legality or suitability of such advice.
Users should seek independent professional evaluation before relying upon or implementing any consultancy advice.
9. No Guarantee of Results
The Portal makes no representation or warranty regarding:
• project success;
• business growth;
• profitability;
• funding approvals;
• government scheme approvals;
• legal compliance outcomes;
• certification approvals;
• export approvals;
• loan sanctions;
• customer acquisition;
• commercial performance.
Success depends upon numerous factors beyond the control of the Portal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Consultancy Portal, MahaBachatGat Ecosystem, its owners, administrators, employees, affiliates, technology partners and authorised representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
• consultancy engagements;
• consultancy advice;
• project delays;
• project failures;
• contractual disputes;
• financial disputes;
• payment defaults;
• taxation issues;
• intellectual property disputes;
• confidentiality breaches;
• negligence or misconduct of Consultants;
• business decisions made by Service Buyers;
• technical interruptions;
• data loss;
• website downtime;
• cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.
Users acknowledge that engagement with Consultants is undertaken entirely at their own discretion and risk.
11. Intellectual Property
Consultants remain solely responsible for ensuring that any documents, reports, presentations, templates, software, training material or other intellectual property supplied by them do not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Portal does not assume responsibility for any intellectual property disputes arising between Consultants and Service Buyers.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Portal may contain links to third-party websites, software, payment platforms, communication services or external resources.
Such links are provided solely for user convenience.
The Portal neither controls nor endorses the content, security, privacy practices or services of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their use.
13. User Due Diligence
Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify:
• Consultant qualifications;
• statutory registrations;
• professional licences;
• certifications;
• references;
• experience;
• business credentials;
• legal compliance;
• taxation status.
The responsibility for selecting a Consultant rests exclusively with the Service Buyer.
14. Compliance with Laws
Consultants and Service Buyers are individually responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxation requirements and professional standards relevant to their consultancy engagements.
The Portal does not assume responsibility for ensuring compliance by individual users.
15. Policy Updates
This Disclaimer may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, business operations or Portal functionality.
The revised version published on the Portal shall supersede all previous versions.
Continued use of the Portal after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
