You need to provide following documents for regostration.
1] Bachat Gat Goernment registration letter or Shop Act license with name & description of your products & services
2] AADHAR, PAN, UDYAM certificate of authenticity for products & services
3] Product photos & detail information.

1. There is no any separate registration fee.
2. For a single Bachat Gat, annual fee is Rs.365/-
3. This is just Rs. 1/- per day for each Bachat Gat.
4. For Bachat Gat run by Specially Enabled Group no fee will be charged. (Disability certificate required)

Once you complete your registration process, your dashboard will be created where you can upload your products & services. Just fill your products & services details and with uploading a product image.

A registered Bachat Gat vendors can upload as many products & service they want provided that it should be their own activity.

We suggest Indian Postal Services for your shipping needs.
Or you can avail services provided by Maha Bachat Gat.

We charge no commission on Bachat Gat products & services. You can decide price of your products & services along with or without shipping charges.

There is 1% TCS tax charged by Government. This amount will deducted from your sales.

Once your product is sold on Maha Bachat Gat portal, you will receive a message on your dashboard & a confirmation email. You will then need to pack the product properly and courier it to customer address mentioned in the order. Regularly check your vendor page on Maha Bachat Gat portal.

You can arrange your own courier services. Pack the products usingwater proof material & courier on customer’s address. Ensure you use good quality packaging material as any damaged product will not be accepted by customer. It may be returned to you.

The SHG sellers receive the transfer through the bank after the buyer receives and confirms the product and the amount is deposited on the Mahabachatgat portal.
In rare cases, the product may be returned or canceled during the order process. Or if the product is wrong, defective or damaged, it can be returned. If the item is returned, you have to pay the courier fee for the return.
Therefore, up to 10 days, the amount of products and services sold to SHG vendors is retained.
Overall, the amount due to SHG vendors is transferred to their bank accounts within 15-21 days of selling the products and services.

Integrated Payment Gateway System charges upto 2% fee on each transaction. These charges Bachat Gat seller has to pay. You will consider this factor whie deciding product prices.
